Its quite lengthy but worth the time and effort cos only then will you realise that we Aussies have been given a hiding. The equivalent of being flogged by the best liar that ever lived....and many of us have not seen the truth of it yet.
Our lives will go down the plughole if Howard is re-elected. Thats for sure. We will be clinging on to lower and lower expectations of our futures until the reality will be too bright to ignore....but it will be too late by then.
I suggest that we pool some money together and take out one or more adverts in the SMH and /or the Melbourne Age or other mainstream papers quoting exactly from this article (and a few others I have seen & saved on file).
I want to open people's eyes, not just talk about it on this forum. I want to use the internet to do this as its a good opportunity......It;s getting late. Really late.
Anyone want to put their hand up for contributions of any amount however small or large? For those that do, we can discuss the details off-line if you wish.

It may be old news Chato but I read a lot of stuff on the web and papers and I have never seen this comprehensive list with references of times and places. I think that not many people have in reality and there's nothing wrong with reminding them if they have esp that it is in a form that is easy to digest for the masses who need things in digestable portions these days. I think only good can come of it at this time. I dont see why there would be any resistance to the idea from people who would like to see Howard out of office. I am going to make enquiries about advert costs. I am serious about this. If JH gets in again, I will most probably leave Australia. Havent thought about where but who cares? |

Its just part of politics that dishonesty and branchstacking and other ugly stuff will happen but to post on here about how bad Labor is, is not relevent because I am posting to raise money to help get the person out of office that you people on this forum talk about and have made the target of your vilification for years, so fuckin-well get focused or fuck off.
