I’m interested in Thailand Politics. I've heard that Thaksin Shinawatra has violated the Thai constitution and many other laws, Furthermore , his corruption and abusing his power to facilitate his family's multi-billion baht businesses which are highly sensitive and will affect the security of Thailand, such as mobile phone service, a satellite, an airline and a TV channel. Thai people are now boycotting the April 2 election to stop a government that betrays and steals human rights from its people.

So I'm looking for people to pray for Thaksin Shinawatra’s removal from being caretaker Prime Minister of Thailand. As since he came to power in 2001 , his clique , use mafia style violated the press freedom. Furthermore , the violence in Southern part of Thailand , Sungai Kolok has suffered a lot of bombings , dozens of people have been injured or killed , and then someone was abducted and had disappeared at the hands of the authorities. After Thaksin’s dissolution of parliament , he expected to buy votes in April 2 election for his party be back to power again.

Like the corrupt, murderous regimes of Indonesia, Singapore, Pakistan and Philippines, Thailand is hailed by the corrupt, murderous Bush regime as an ally in the phoney "war-on-terror". Will their crooked leaders get their day in court, like Milosevic? (Like Saddam???)

I've heard that basing your beliefs on hearsay and gossip without any tangible evidence is tantamount to living in a world of fantasy. Not that there's anything wrong with that. Can you quote your references for making such statements? You may as well believe what you read in the papers and hear on the TV and radio.

But what if the person you speak of controls the media? This is the case with the Thai PM.

Exactly my point. It's pointless Media Outlets = Gossip and Hearsay and at the very best their might be some truth in it but always with some kind of spin. They're pretty good with the weather and stock prices usually.
