A lot of people wish they could take this sort of action, but they have no power to do so.
Obviously this US congressman was at a point where he got tired of reading blogs and other articles about the VP and thought it was about time someone actually did something concrete about it.
Quite incredible if it eventuates and what a precedent it would be!!!!
