Entrepreneurs and those in business will become richer.
The ordinary worker will have to work just as hard and the disadvantaged will remain disadvantaged.
THE LABOR PARTY
Those in government and favoured connections (branchstackers and election fund providers) will become richer.
The ordinary worker will have to work just as hard. The disadvantaged will become further disadvantaged.

Digger, we understand that you received no education, but the Labor Party is spelt L-A-B-O-R. In the UK they do have a LABOUR Party, but not here. If this is all too hard Digger, maybe you would like me to show you how to vote for your mate John Howard by ticking The Greens candidates. Would you like that Digger? |

i love nothing more than pointing out this fact (major parties are the same) to individuals who have blindly dedicated their lives to one particular party, and despise the other mob. Give it a go, it will make your day. There will be plenty of opportunities over the comming few weeks. |

Look at Victoria under the LABOR party. Bracks resigns in disgrace Brumby daily refuses any further investigations into corruption in the Public service and Government "Senior public servants have been linked to the police corruption hearing amid claims a minister's chief of staff leaked information to disgraced former top cop Noel Ashby." (Herald/Sun) But Brumby responds almost on a daily basis: "I am completely satisfied that the range of mechanisms we have in place are adequate to address any issues in relation to corruption of police and corruption more generally in the community." While simultaneuosly making sure that the current Police corruption investigation has very strict boundaries - no connections into corruption at government level or Public service permitted!!! Why - because the unelectable Brumby 'doesn't think' it is necessary! Ho Ho Ho! From the AGE: An independent report by former anti-corruption and anti-racism commissioner Irene Moss released yesterday found the nation's freedom-of-information laws seriously flawed, whistleblower legislation inadequate or non-existent in some jurisdictions and anti-terrorism laws endangering civil liberties. The 307-page report documented federal and state government legislation clotted with 335 secrecy provisions and the courts awash with suppression orders. "When 70 per cent of suppression orders apply to Victoria our ability to tell readers what is happening in major public issues such as the gangland wars is severely restricted." At the same time ALP Ministers Madden, Languelier, Seitz, Haermeyer, and ALP state president Bill Shorten are mentioned in court today in a case where entrapment (involving police bugs), branch stacking, and dirty cash deals are central. Fortunately the police corruption hearings are keeping this ALP special out of the main stream papers. The spineless Shorten has done enough deals so that he will be elected as a Federal MP in the safest seat in Victoria. The same seat where branch stacking is at it worst, the key branch stackers rewarded with cash, free housing, community awards, etc etc. the same people involved in community centres where over $400,000.00 (documented) has gone missing in the past couple of years. who knows what else these Shorten supporters have been getting up to. And what will State ALP president Bill Shorten do about branchstacking in the Labor Party? The same that his mate Bracks did. Nothing. In fact these Ministers and in this case union leader actively support the branch stackers, beyond the call of duty, despite the illegal activities. This is just around our neck of the woods. So - does Victoria need a independant crime commission/investigation like all other major states in Australia have? Ask the ALP cheif John Brumby: "I am completely satisfied that the range of mechanisms we have in place are adequate to address any issues in relation to corruption of police and corruption more generally in the community." Fine. |

Victorian ALP is self destructing and its now world news. The BBC news refers to Victoria as Australia most corrupt state. Brumby the unelectable has turned the place to shit while corruption and crime booms. And to the last he refuses to allow an independant crime and corruption commission tpo be formed. |
