US government plans to create artificial life-form:

Dr Craig Venter, the American scientist who led the private initiative to sequence the human genome, has announced his intention to create a synthetic life-form in a test tube. Too late, doc, it's already been done! You obviously haven't seen Australia’s federal Minister for Drowning Refugees, Count Philip Ruddock.
