Here is our little John doing what
Oz loves him for most.
Are we to no longer enjoy the antics
of this carefree boyish trickster?
We lost Stan (Stan who?) recently,
and I wonder if we could take another
loss of such magnitude.
Who would be there to spring out
of the polished porcelain dunnies
of Kirribilli House, or roam the
cobwebbed wine-cellars like a giant
greasy freeloading rodent?
