'twas a long way from camp to this hill. a rise overlooking the others town. took out me gun and started shooting.

then i went back, long way thru the dark i reached camp.

had a beer or two. flooped out me tom collins and wrote me name on the dank dark dust. as my pee rolled on.

now i sit at home pouring beer. thinking about places ive peed before. backyards, doorways, stairwells.

Christ I've even dropped a turd on the pier!
