A triumphant Australian Treasurer Peter Costello has delivered a beauty of a budget for Australia in 2007. It has won universal acclaim for its generosity, economic management, and vision.Costello has in one swoop cut taxes, given extra payments to pensioners and war heroes, invested in Australia's education facilities, and given more money to Defence to protect our great land.
In fact the only losers have been Kruddy and his union-dominated party, the chattering latte-sippers, and the extreme Greens.
This budget should ensure that the best Government and Prime Minister our country has ever had will win the next election.
Put that in your pipe and smoke it lefty losers!
