www.timbip.org suggests: "Highly skilled professional shooters murdered 35 people and wounded 22 others at Port Arthur under government instruction, and Mr. Martin Bryant was certainly not one of them."
Part of the claim: "The perpetrators of this act of terrorism have a killed to wounded ratio of 1.59 to 1 which is better than all but the top marksmen in the world. Do you think an intellectually disabled man could have done that?"
"How could Bryant, an unskilled person of low intellect, kill 20, and wound 12 people in the café, mainly by head shots, while firing from the hip, in 90 seconds?"
