Aboriginal "Mutual Obligation"

The latest Howard Government moves on Aboriginal welfare are starting to leak out. Besides having to wash their kid’s faces to get welfare it looks like…. …"mutual obligation" could extend to sexual relationships as well. Talk around Canberra suggests that welfare payments could be tied to marital arrangements as well as regular use of contraceptives.

All I can say is thank god I’m white because I can fuck anyone, get ‘em preggers, and still have lil Johnny and Petey hand over 3 grand to me, no probs.
