That was US Defense Secretary Donald H. Rumsfeld (Bumfluff, to those that know him intimately) talking last week. Was Donny Ratfuck describing the Bush regime's psychotic "War on Terror"? No, good old boy Ratfuck was speaking about the recently established International Criminal Court, which the lily-white Yanks alone refuse to recognise.
And watching them murder yet another 40 Afghan civilians without so much as an "excuse me" demonstrates precisiely why the US is so paranoid about an independicant global judiciary!
