    Now we see the Prime Minister has also lied and deceived Australians - including anxious shareholders, gasp! - about the true state of Telstra. And his glib comment that Telstra chiefs should "talk up" the value of the company, exposes his corrupt, conniving nature, once and for all.

    Let me reassure the public about
    the fact that I did it, that is,
    unless I didn't do it. If there is
    a problem with that, then somebody
    else did it, unless it seems that
    the public likes it. Then I did it!
