As the spittle-driven war rhetoric of yapping poodles like our very own PM Johnny Rotten and Foreign Despairs Minister Dowager flew right off the bullshit chart, Bush ratcheted up his own spinning and steaming crap-o-meter.
The Pretzel Prez defined the 'worlds worst' as regimes intent on stockpiling weapons of mass destruction, defying international law and UN resolutions, governments who imprisoned their opponents without trial and who had no real democratic legitimacy at home.

Once more, Xenox News feels duty-bound to point out the screamingly obvious: the one government spending by far the most on weapons of mass destruction is the glorious, lily-white, pure-as-the-driven shite USA itself.
Not only is the Home of the Rave and Land of the Freak building an arsenal of historic proportions, it has withdrawn from treaties designed to limit nuclear arms, and has refused to consider any international monitoring of its chemical or nuclear weapons facilities.
The current US government is fundamentally illegitimate: is does not have a democratic majority, is in the hands of a gang of oil industry robber barons, and its crack-headed rhetoric is one of violent aggression against anyone seen as its enemies.
The US has a long and bloody history of interfering with and assaulting its neighbours Panama, Grenada, Haiti etc. Opponents are imprisoned without trial.
The corrupt Bush regime has demonstrated its determination to impose its hegemony. It has used weapons of aerial bombardment that don't discriminate between combatants and civilians. It has displayed no remorse when proved guilty of "mistakes" that slay and maim innocents.
The USA arms and supports state terrorism and assassination by the Israeli Government. It has installed warlord gangsters in Afghanistan, and was involved in deposing - albeit briefly - the elected president of Venezuela, Hugo Chavez. Go Hugo!
